You're on your own, trainer, and the only framework is trial and experimentation.

We've all been there. Your stomach is growling louder than a bear in a national park/the wilderness/my living room, and you're feeling more cranky/irritable/grumpy than usual. Then, bam! You snap at someone over something completely meaningless.
